Franklin Cruz

Franklin Cruz is a business and real estate investor with more than 17+ years of business investment experience.  Franklin is known for his tenacious approach to investing – which has earned him the name “Real Estate Drill Sergeant” – a testament to his no-nonsense approach and his ambitious personality.  Franklin’s unwillingness to take no for an answer has produced enormous success for him and his companies His challenging background and unique approachability gives Mr. Cruz the uncanny skill to relate to everyone both on a personal and professional level. Franklin is currently the founder and the CEO of True Investors, a real estate investing master training & development company for real estate investors nationwide. He is also co-owner of Bentley Private Fund; a Real Estate Investment Firm and also Grow Eleven Consulting. He recently accomplishments include serving a four-year senior management post with Clever Investor, a nationally known Real Estate Investing Education Company where he acted as Director of Mentorship, creating, staffing and supervising the firm’s Fulfillment Department from the ground up.   He also managed the team responsible for over 1500 student’s programs. Mr. Cruz is an author of multiple books, including a recently completed children’s book on early investing.  Franklin is a proud United States Army Veteran, husband, father, and community leader.  He is committed to transforming the lives of others all over the world. Driven by professionalism, integrity, tenacity, and a relentless determination, Franklin has gone from the trenches of serving in the US Army to the top of the Real Estate Investing game.  Mr. Cruz resides in Florida with his family and attributes his success to his personal commitment to God, Family, and then business. His personal motto is “No Excuses, Make it Happen” are the words that drive him to success every day.
